Will my approved withdrawal be affected if I choose to close my account?

No. Any withdrawals that have been made will be processed as normal, even if you have closed your account.

Can I request my withdrawal to another person's account or payment method?

No. All deposit and withdrawal options must be in your own name.

Can I cancel my withdrawal?

No. Once you have requested your withdrawal, this cannot be reversed.

Can I choose which of my payment methods I send my winnings to?

As we operate a closed loop policy, if you have used more than one payment method to deposit with on the account, we may elect to send all or part of your withdrawal to the payment methods which have deposited more than they've had withdrawals sent to. We will endeavour where possible to send any funds back to payment methods that have the greatest net deposit position. Meaning where a payment method has received fewer withdrawals than the deposits made, we will look to close that loop by sending funds to that method to leave the net deposit position at zero.

Where all payment methods are in profit through withdrawals, the withdrawal will be sent to the original method from which the relevant deposit originated.

What is the minimum I can withdraw?

The standard minimum withdrawal is £10.

If you have used multiple payment methods, our system will distribute your withdrawal amount accordingly. Further information on our closed loop policy can be found here

How much can I withdraw in a single request?

Each payment method and jurisdiction has its own limits, please contact our Customer Experience Team to inquire

How long does it take to receive my withdrawal?

Once your withdrawal has been requested, please allow up to 5 working days once processed, for the funds to clear in your account, although this is usually much less.

For Instant Banking withdrawals once processed, these are often received within minutes however please allow up to 24 hours for the funds to reach your account.

If you are withdrawing to Visa and your bank has enrolled in the Visa Direct program, once it's passed through our security checks you could receive your funds within 30 minutes!
